Following on from the design consultation, our team will determine whether or not the project requires a planning application, or whether it can be tackled under permitted development, whether a neighbour consultation is the appropriate approach or whether conservation area or listed building consent is required. Whatever the requirements, we will ensure that your project is on the right track.
The planning application process is an enabling process, not a prohibitive one, if managed correctly it should be collaborative, with all parties, including the client, the planning department within the local authority and the architectural practice, working in consort to achieve the desired results. We see the planning process as an enabling process.

Premier connections prepare all documentation, including site plans, block plans, elevations and detailed floor plans, as well as the requisite application forms and supplementary documentation. We submit all applications on behalf of our clients, acting as agent.
In the capacity as agent, we are able to liaise closely with all planning departments, making sure they are satisfied at each stage. On the occasions where the planner is keen to see amendments to the applications, we endeavour to make all the necessary changes and amendments to the proposed scheme and negotiate the best possible outcome for all involved.
As a practice, we regularly monitor our success rate, with relation to planning approvals, and can report an approval rating of over 93% over the last 12 months.
