Due to the fact that Air Source Heat Pumps have a lower heat temperature output than a boiler, this means that underfloor heating is an advantage. Although when retrofitting you can generally use your existing radiators but you may need to replace some to allow for a larger surface area to ensure your room still reaches the correct ambient temperatures.
